Payments Policy

Advance Payment

All furniture orders placed with En-Ef Wood require advance payment before processing. No furniture order will be confirmed until full payment has been received.

Freight Charges

Shipping freight charges will be calculated and shared with you at the time of order placement.

These charges will be added to your bill and must be paid in advance along with your order amount.

Orders will not be shipped until freight charges have been fully settled.

Payment Methods

En-Ef Wood currently accepts payments through:

Bank Transfer (details shared upon order confirmation)

Cheque / Pay Order (in favor of En-Ef Wood, must be cleared before order processing)

Cash Payment (at our Lahore office/showroom)

Cash on Delivery (COD) — available only for small accessories. COD is not available for furniture items.

Lead Time

Production and delivery lead time will only begin once full payment and freight charges have been cleared.

Installments & Partial Payments

We do not offer installment plans or partial payment options at this time. Full payment must be made in advance to confirm and process your order.

Custom Orders

For custom or special orders, full advance payment is required. These cannot be cancelled or refunded once 24 hours have passed after placing the order.
