Curb Side Delivery

En-Ef Wood provides curb side delivery only. We are not responsible for unpacking, moving, or placing your furniture piece inside your home or office. We are also not responsible for disposing of packaging material or debris from unpacking.

If you require assistance with furniture placement, please inform us at the time of placing your order. Extra labor can be arranged at an additional cost on top of the standard delivery charges.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate delivery details. En-Ef Wood will not be liable for delays, misplacements, or incorrect deliveries resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or false information provided by the customer.

Delivery Timeline & Freight Charges

Most furniture orders are fulfilled within 8–12 weeks, unless otherwise stated on the respective product page.

Shipping freight charges will be communicated at the time of order placement. These charges will be added to your bill and must be paid in advance.

All furniture is inspected prior to shipping and released through trusted logistics partners to ensure the best service possible.

While we provide accurate estimates, delivery timelines may vary depending on logistics providers’ availability and resources. Delays may occur, and some services may not be available in all areas.

Damaged Delivery

If your order arrives with visible external damage, please:

Make a note with the delivery driver.

Take clear pictures of the damage.

Contact our customer service team immediately.

If the product itself is damaged, our customer service team will assist you with repairs or exchanges.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that items will fit through doors, staircases, and elevators in their original packaging. Product dimensions are provided in the Product Information section of our website.

Return & Exchange Policy on Delivery

Once furniture is delivered, there is no return or exchange policy. Customers cannot change their mind after delivery. In the event of manufacturing defects, En-Ef Wood will assist with necessary repairs or provide an exchange, depending on the case.
